Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia (CCAA) contacted
PRTA in late 2006 with a requirement to build a privacy
compliant email list, in line with the Spam Act 2003,
to which they could deploy ongoing electronic communications.
CCAA had a requirement to generate the list within a
2 week timeframe to ensure that the first electronic
communication could be deployed in line with other internal
initiatives.
