in 2003, over the last 6 years PRTA has grown into a 50
seat dedicated outbound call centre over 2 floors and 600sq,
retaining our headquarters in St Leonards. Over 250 campaigns
delivered across key vertical markets including energy &
utilities, transport & logistics, media and communications,
pharmaceutical, finance, automotive and franchising sectors.
Our
technology platform consists of IBM, Dell, Cisco and Fortinet
hardware, Asterisk IP-PBX telephony and a fully-featured
IPscape outbound contact centre platform.
