Privacy Statement applies to PRTA. PRTA respects your right
to privacy and this Statement outlines our obligations in
managing personal information PRTA holds about our customers,
contractors and others.
PRTA's
conduct in the privacy environment is governed by the National
Privacy Principles, which were introduced into the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth).

Collection & Use
As a
direct marketing agency the type of information PRTA collects
includes (but is not limited to) contact details such as
name, title , phone number, business address and email address.
The purpose of collecting this information is three-fold:

provide you with our products and services

inform you of new products and services or provide you
with the opportunity to participate in special promotions
or offers
- To
generate an aggregate view of our customer base. This
information is used to identify trends only and does not
allow customers to be personally identifiable.

PRTA

to use mechanisms are in place for users to verify that
inaccuracies have been corrected.

accessing our services on an anonymous basis. However, if

PRTA may not be able to provide you with the services you
require or the level of service on which we pride ourselves.
